Dr Mime - Body Linguist - Publicist

Kenneth (Kenney) J. DeCamp is internationally recognized as Dr. Mime.
A former orthopedic/neurosurgical Physicians Assistant who practiced with the New York Medical College and the U S Army, he lectures as a Body Linguist on mind-body connections. His goal is to inspire children of all ages to learn about their growth and nutritional realities. He has performed, lectured and held workshops in over 200 elementary schools, universities, and corporate forums.       Kenney developed a program called Movement Education Entertainment (MEE). MEE builds upon the concepts of Dr. A. Lowen on Bioenergetics, the Feldenkrais method of ‘Functional Integration’, the Alexander Technique (awareness of movement habits), and Dr. Bill Sears on NDD – Nutritional Deficit Disorder.  Kenney’s lectures and workshops are entitled “The Head Has a Body” and “Body Language: the Art of Mime”, and have been conducted around the world.
Kenney is a mime performer who has taken classes with Marcel Marceau, Tommy Tune, Alvin Ailey, Twyla Tharp, Peter Gennaro, and others. He has performed for Andy Warhol, John Lennon, Yoko Ono, Bruce Springsteen and Mick Jager, and has been the opening act for Phil Collins, Donna Summer, Blondie, Gloria Gaynor and The Trammps, to name but a few.
Kenney DeCamp was the founder/PR Director of the Rotary Project ‘Health to the Children International’, for which he raised more than $3 million dollars. He has also produced and raised money for MDA, ACS, Relay For Life, 7 not for profits and 4 village festivals. He currently is the Director of DCAI, a Communications and Integrated Publicity-Fundraising Company, clients include; Hollywood Legend Terry Moore, Asian Art Collector Dr Helga Wall-Apelt-Asia Classics, Sculptor Frank Colson, Botanical Artist Olivia M.
